How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Delivery times vary by region, but EU orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship our Pre-Cut PPF-Kits to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

When will my kit be produced?

All PPF-Kits are custom cut after your order is placed. Production usually begins within 1 business day. You'll receive a notification with the Tracking Link once your kit has been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible on the same business day, and only if your kit hasn’t entered production yet. Contact us as soon as possible via Live Chat or email.

What’s included in a PPF-Kit?

Each PPF-Kit includes:

  • PPF for the selected body parts
  • PPF-Kits Squeegee
  • PPF-Kits Spray Bottle
  • Layout Sheet

Attention: The tools are packed inside the paper tube. Please check carefully, as they may not be loose or sliding around.

If you need additional or different tools, you can easily add them to your cart.

There is no Full Kit for my Car listed

We don’t list full kits for every car.
If you’re interested, simply send us the link to your vehicle via live chat. We’ll arrange all the parts on a PPF sheet to optimize material usage and get back to you with a tailored offer.

Can I apply PPF my myself

Probably. Our Pre-Cut PPF-Kits are precisely cut to size.

If you're handy, patient, and enjoy working on your own car, you can save a lot of money compared to professional installation.

You find the basic installation instructions on our Website.
All essential tools - a squeegee and a spray bottle - are included once per order.

Check out our YouTube videos for Installation Tips. There is a lot of Information online and on YouTube. Do your research before installing the first time.

If you’ve worked with vinyl or window tint before, the process will feel familiar. It's not effortless, but with care and patience, it's absolutely doable — and very rewarding to install it yourself and see the result of your own work.

Does the Film wrap around Edges of my Car?

Where it makes sense and is physically possible, patterns include extra edge material for a clean wrap. We can also tweak contours and extend edges on request.

What tools do I need for installation?

  • Cleaning supplies for preparation
  • Water with a few drops of dish soap or baby shampoo (for slip solution)
  • A clean, dust-free working environment
  • A spray bottle (included)
  • A squeegee (included)
  • For some parts a hairdryer or hot air gun

If you need additional or different tools, you can easily add them to your cart.

What surfaces are covered?

That depends on your selected parts!
You can choose and combine your own parts for each car.

What if I’m not sure which parts I need?

No problem!

Contact us via Live Chat or Contact Form and send us a photo of your vehicle. We’ll help you choose the right kit configuration.

Do you have Interior Protection Films?

Yes, we do! We already have Interior Protection Films for most cars - including Dashboards, Screens, and Center Consoles.

Just send us the link to your car from our store along with the Film type you need, and we’ll check availability and get back to you quickly.

What Brands of PPF do you use?

We offer a wide range of PPF brands to match different needs and budgets. From Oraguard 270 and APA GS/168-KT for cost-effective, everyday protection to premium options like Avery Dennison SPF-X3 and Oraguard 2815GF+ / MF+ with self-healing and long-term warranties.

What happens if my kit arrives damaged?

Make sure you check the PPF before preparing your Car and beginn with the Installation.
Contact us immediately with Photos or Videos. We'll replace any miscut or damaged part at no cost to you.
If the installation has been attempted you are not eligible for a replacement

Can I return the PPF kit?

Because Kits are custom-cut per order, they’re excluded from returns once production begins. We always help clarify before cutting.

What if I mess up during installation?

If something goes wrong, contact us immediately via Live Chat.
We try to help you immediately, even during your installation.

We offer discounted replacements for individual parts so you don’t need to reorder the entire kit.

💬 Support & Compatibility

Can I request a Kit for a car not listed?

Yes! Contact us — we may already be working on it, find it in one of our databases or can 3D scan the vehicle on request.

Do you offer Support on Weekends?

Yes, of course. We know how frustrating it can be if you’re preparing your car and run into issues or need help. That’s why we also offer support on Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I apply PPF over ceramic coating or wax?

We do not recommend installing PPF on ceramic-coated or freshly waxed surfaces. Clean the surface thoroughly before applying.

Tough you can apply ceramic coating on top of the PPF.

Is the Film visible after application?

Our films are designed to be as invisible as possible. Edges may be slightly visible up close, especially on matte surfaces, but the overall look is clean and minimal.

🔄 Removal & Replacement

Can I remove the PPF later?

Yes! PPF can be safely removed without damaging your paint. Warm the film slightly with a hair dryer or heat gun and peel it off slowly at a 45° -90° angle. Any residue can be cleaned with adhesive remover or isopropyl alcohol.

How long does the PPF last?

PPF usually lasts between 5-12 years under normal conditions. Lifespan depends on climate, usage, and maintenance.
Usually our Customers sell their car already after 5 years or give it back after a lease.
