You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason — unless the product has already been produced specifically for you.
❗️Important Notice for Pre-Cut PPF Kits:
All of our Paint Protection Film (PPF) Kits are custom-produced based on the specific configuration you select (vehicle model, parts, finish, etc.). As such, they are considered custom-made products.
If you’re unsure whether a Kit fits your exact Model, just reach out to us via LiveChat. We’ll double-check it together using pictures of your car to ensure you order and receive the correct Kit.
Once production has begun, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 18 FAGG Abs. 1 Z 3 (Austria) and equivalent EU law.
A cancellation may only be possible on the same working day, provided the order has not yet entered production. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Note on Fitment and Installation
All vehicle models are digitally captured using metrology-grade 3D scanning technology with an accuracy of less than 0,1 mm. Based on this data, the exact cutting contours for our Pre-Cut Films are created.
The delivered Films are therefore mathematically and physically precise, provided they are installed under proper installation conditions and the correct Film for the vehicle model and variant has been ordered.
Please carefully review the pattern previews and product details before ordering. If you are unsure about your vehicle model, trim, or bumper variant, feel free to send us photos of your car and we will gladly help verify the correct pattern before purchase.
Complaints perceived as fitment issues or situations where the Film may appear too small (for example when 1–5 cm seem to be missing to the edge) are, in practice, almost always caused by installation technique or unsuitable installation conditions.
This is a common situation for inexperienced installers, who may initially think the Film does not fit. Paint Protection Film is designed to be stretched during installation. When installed at the correct temperature and with proper heat, the Film can easily be stretched to reach the intended edges.
Heat can be applied using a hair dryer or hot air gun, which allows the Film to become flexible and conform correctly to the vehicle surface.
Typical causes for perceived fitment issues include:
- unsuitable installation temperatures
- improper handling or incorrect installation sequence
- insufficient experience installing PPF
- insufficient, excessive, or uneven stretching of the Film
- lack of care during installation
- not enough liquid used or wrong ratio
These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute a defect in the fitment of the delivered products.
Higher-end Films are generally easier to install, as premium materials tend to have better stretchability and handling characteristics.
In rare cases, production defects may occur. However, these do not affect the accuracy of the cutting patterns, but are limited to material-related issues, such as film damage, inclusions, or transport damage.
Right of Withdrawal (for eligible products only)
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

...by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample cancellation form below, but it is not required.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal (for eligible products only)
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If returned products are damaged (e.g. protective film removed or scratched) and can no longer be resold as “new,” we may charge for the loss in value.
